Neil Hernandez is a self-published author, entrepreneur, and agent of change.

Hernandez has been  involved in the recruiting industry since 1997. Since then, some of his  companies that he has worked for or conducted recruiting consulting for has included: U.S. Cellular, Rush North Shore Medical Center, Siemens Building Technologies, Office Max, HSBC, Wolters Kluwers, TAP Pharmaceutical Products (joint venture between Abbot and Takeda Pharmaceutical Company), Bio-Logic Systems Corp, The Warranty Group (formerly the AON Warranty Group), and Shand Morahan & Company.

Neilski started one of the more popular blog's on contemporary recruiting topics such as web recruiting, internet marketing of your recruiting service, and expert recruiting.

Neil is also known by his high school nickname given to him: Neilski.

He holds a Bachelor's of Science degree in Industrial Engineering from the University of Illinois at Chicago and resides in Winnetka, IL.
